Cookie Policy

Version 1.0 – Effective 1 November 2025

DIDWW Ireland Limited | dpo@didww.com

1. Introduction

This Cookie Policy explains how contact.center™ (“Platform”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on its website https://contact.center/ (the “Website”).

It describes what types of cookies we use, for what purposes, and how you can manage your preferences.

This Policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which provides further information on our processing of Personal Data and your Data Subject Rights.

Our cookie consent management is powered by OneTrust Technology Ltd., which allows you to control which types of cookies you wish to accept or reject.

2. Scope of Application

This Policy applies to the main domain https://contact.center/.

At present, our customer portal my.didww.com uses a separate consent banner that is not connected with the OneTrust system.

Your preferences on one site are not yet shared with the other.

We are working toward cross-domain consent harmonisation to provide a unified experience across all DIDWW web properties.

3. What Are Cookies and Similar Technologies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help the website recognise your device, remember your preferences, and improve usability.

We also use similar technologies such as local storage objects and tracking pixels for limited analytical and marketing purposes.

Cookies may be:

  • First-party cookies, set directly by DIDWW;
  • Third-party cookies, set by our service providers (e.g., Google, HubSpot, Microsoft, LinkedIn).

Cookies can also be:

  • Session cookies, which are deleted when you close your browser;
  • Persistent cookies, which remain on your device for a defined period.

4. How We Use Cookies

We use cookies to:

  • Ensure the security and proper functioning of our Website;
  • Remember your preferences and improve usability;

Except for Strictly Necessary Cookies, all cookies are used only with your prior consent as required by the ePrivacy Directive (2002/58/EC) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

6. Google Consent Mode v2

Our Website uses Google Consent Mode v2, which adjusts how Google services (Analytics and Ads) behave based on your consent choices.

If you reject analytics or marketing cookies, Google receives only aggregated, non-identifiable “pings” used for statistical modelling, without storing any identifiers.

This allows DIDWW to maintain aggregated insights while respecting your privacy.

7. How to Manage or Withdraw Your Consent

You can manage your cookie preferences at any time by clicking “Cookie Settings” in the footer of our Website.

Through the Cookie Preference Centre, you can:

  • Enable or disable specific categories of cookies;
  • Withdraw your consent at any time; and
  • Learn more about each provider and purpose.

All optional cookies are disabled by default until you give consent.

Disabling certain cookies may affect some Website functions (e.g., chat or pre-filled forms).

You may also manage cookies directly through your browser settings.

8. Third-Party Tools and Integrations

Our Website uses trusted service providers who may set cookies when you accept certain categories:

  • Google Ireland Ltd. – Analytics, Ads, reCAPTCHA
  • HubSpot Inc. – Analytics and chat services
  • Microsoft Corporation – Clarity heatmaps, Bing Ads
  • LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company – Marketing and analytics
  • Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. – Facebook Pixel
  • Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. – Payment functionality

Each provider acts as an independent or joint controller for its cookie data.

Please refer to their respective privacy notices in the Cookie Preference Centre for information on processing and international data transfers.

9. Data Retention and Consent Records

  • Cookies remain active for the duration shown in the Cookie Preference Centre, typically up to 13 months.
  • Consent logs (date, time, banner version, selections) are securely stored in OneTrust and retained for the same period.
  • You will be asked to refresh your consent after expiry or when this Policy is updated.

10. Updates and Versioning

This Cookie Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in technologies, legal requirements, or our cookie usage. Each version is identified by its effective date and version number at the top of this page. Superseded versions are archived internally for accountability.
