Appendix 4 - List of Sub-processors

1. Introduction
This Annex forms an integral part of the Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”) between DIDWW Ireland Limited and its Customers. It identifies trusted third-party Sub-processors engaged by DIDWW to provide the Services as defined in the DPA.

6. Telecommunications Routing Partners
DIDWW provides global message delivery through a network of telecommunications DIDWWs, aggregators, and interconnection partners worldwide. These partners act as sub-processors solely for message transmission and delivery. All non-EEA transfers are governed by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Decision 2021/914/EU) or equivalent safeguards. Routing partners are bound by telecommunications-confidentiality obligations and subject to periodic data-protection due-diligence reviews.
7. Governance
This Annex is maintained and updated in accordance with Section 4 of the DIDWW Data Processing Addendum (DPA).
All notice, objection, and liability provisions applicable to Sub-processors are governed by that Section.
